They are local and convenient. The staff is always friendly and helpful.
Selection could be better, and stocking/blocking the aisles should not be done during prime shopping hours
Very clean and easy to find layout.Has the typical food lion merchandise. Food Lion generally doesn't carry a lot of specialty items.
Pretty good selection, all the basics and then some. Mostly fair prices, a little sticker shock on the meat prices. Convenient to the Lake Monticello area. Where they excel is in resolving problems. Customer service is excellent.
I shop at Food Lion regularly when there are good discounts. My last visit was disappointing because they did not have some of the items I wanted. Otherwise, I'm very happy with Food Lion and seldom shop anywhere else except, of course, Walmart.
