Don't rent anything from these people. We lived an entire winter with no heat because they couldn't fix our heat. Then would charge us fees for coming out and accomplishing nothing. I loved the house and would have never left if they had taken care of basic needs for our families. The kids had to stay at the grandparents during that winter.
WOW can't believe someone wrote a bad review. My experience has been awesome. The McCormick's are wonderful people to rent from. I've always gotten maintenance requests responded to quickly. They hire courteous experienced maintenance people.
